It consists of an inflatable tent that can decontaminate about a dozen people at a time.
Haz-Mat crews say it makes perfect sense to have one of these facilities in the region.

In response to Governor Warner's comments against the decision, Layman says, if possible, the board would like to be on the same page with the governor and the attorney general. There is a warning tonight for people who are getting a fake message from Paypal.
It is really a scam from a con artist who is looking to empty bank accounts or steal identities.
The fake Paypal message says the company is conducting regular security maintenance and asks for a password, a credit card number, and a bank account number.
It looks authentic, but a Pay-pal spokesman says they would never ask for such information in an unsolicited email.
