Authorities have confirmed the body found yesterday in the New River is that of a Roanoke man who's been missing since early last month. A medical examiner identified the body as 50-year-old John Wagner. Wagner and his friend 36-year-old Ty Hodges disappeared after the boat they were fishing in capsized. Authorities found Wagner's body last night near the Celanese Plant in Giles County, the same general area where a railway engineer discovered Hodges' body last week.
