A tractor trailer overturned as it was getting onto 581 northbound from Orange Avenue around four o'clock this afternoon.
State Police say the driver was going too fast and his load shifted.
The tractor trailer then overturned and hit a flatbed truck.
Troopers say they may have to unload the 40-thousand pounds of dog food before righting the truck.
The on-ramp from Orange Avenue east to 581 north and the on-ramp from Williamson Road to 581 north are currently closed.

The company's rapid deployment portable shelters become active military hospitals and command centers. Even though BMI prepared for combat with Iraq by increasing inventory and production, officials say demand has been so high that they're shipping many shelters each week directly to military units in the Middle East and elsewhere.

The company is a division of Columbia Forest Products, North America's largest manufacturer of hardwood plywood and veneer.

A medical examiner identified the body as 50-year-old John Wagner. Wagner and his friend 36-year-old Ty Hodges disappeared after the boat they were fishing in capsized.
