Cynthia Davis and Dennis Schemerhorn (Skim-er-horn) were each indicted on two counts of felony child neglect in connection with the disappearance of Davis' son, Logan Bowman. Authorities say the two gave conflicting stories about Logan's disappearance and, at one point, failed to seek medical attention for the five-year-old when he suffered hot water burns. Logan has been missing since January. Authorities believe he may be dead.
