A man from Christiansburg is in custody in Canada on child pornography charges.
33-year-old Aaron Tornberg was arrested and charged with two counts of child pornography, at a border crossing near Niagara Falls.
Authorities say they found a computer in Tornberg's vehicle that had images of children having sex.
Christiansburg police searched Tornberg's home yesterday, where officers say they found more photos and pornographic magazines.

The water temperature at the Fallon Park and Washington Park pools remains well below the minimum of 70 degrees required by the city.
Parks and Recreation officials say the cold water could present a risk of hypothermia, so the pools won't open until warm weather returns.

Just under 15 HUNDRED people are confirmed dead from the earthquake that rocked villages east of Algiers (AL-geers) Wednesday night.
There are reports of more than 72 HUNDRED injuries and thousands more are homeless.
Rescue crews are working day and night, searching for survivors and treating the injured.
Wednesday's earthquake measured a 6.8 on the Richter scale.
In 1980, an earthquake west of Algiers (AL-geers) measured a 7.1, killing five THOUSAND people.

It's lifted the travel warning against Hong Kong and the southern Chinese province where the virus is believed to have originated.
The agency says it ended the warning because the SARS outbreaks are under control in those areas.
It does, however, still advise against non- essential travel to the Chinese capital Beijing, and to several other Chinese regions and the island of Taiwan.
SARS has infected more than eight-thousand people worldwide, and killed nearly 700.

A gust of wind proved to be too much for a crane operator in Florida.

The crane was toppled, and fell onto several cars.
The crane operator suffered only a bruised knee and a cut to his arm.
He was using the equipment to remove a four- ton dumpster from the roof of a five- story building, when the high winds came his way.
The crane fell, crushing two vehicles and damaging three others.
But officials say the strongest winds in the area at the time were not that overpowering, only about 17 miles per hour.
OSHA is investigating the accident.

A camera aboard NASA's Mars Global Surveyor has snapped a picture of Earth from this vantage point.
The photo also includes a view of Jupiter, and some of its larger moons, since both planets were in alignment when the picture was taken on May 8th.
The Mars Global Surveyor has been taking pictures of the Martian surface for more than six years, so the photograph of Earth was a big break from the ordinary.
