A man wanted for a murder in Roanoke last summer has been found in New York.
Twenty-three year old Moises Torres was arrested on June 10th in New York City.
Police say Torres is linked to the death of twenty-five year old Dorian Deon Pierce.

Police found his body in the men's restroom.
He had been shot several times.
Torres has many warrants in both New York City and Virginia for murder and use of a firearm.

A Norfolk Southern spokeswoman said the dispute stems from work done by a manufacturer of locomotive fuel pumps.
The company says the fuel pumps had a higher rate of problems than normal, and were replaced by manufacturer workers under conditions of the warranty.
A federal judge issued an injunction against the strike around 9:30 this morning, sending the machinists back to work.

Two people were hurt after a car and a bus collided in Lynchburg today, sending the car into a house.

Just before three, police say 83-year-old Estelle Cabell (CAB-ull) was crossing Eleventh Street on Fillmore Street when she struck a southbound city bus.
The impact sent Cabell's car into a nearby house, where it slightly damaged a brick wall.
The bus driver.. 43-year-old Baby Stokes Junior.. was shaken up in the crash.
No passengers on the bus were hurt.
Police charged Cabell with failing to stop for a stop sign.

Authorities in Bedford County are investigating an accident involving a state trooper.
The accident occurred yesterday on Route 43.
Trooper Michael Mayhew was traveling eastbound when he approached a truck stopped on the westbound side.
The police car struck the pickup, and flipped it over.
Trooper Mayhew and the driver of the truck, Harry Ryan, Junior of Huddleson, sustained minor injuries.
There's no word yet on who was at fault.

That means a smoker could pay an additional penny per cigarette.
Officials say state budget cuts and a reduction in local revenue are behind the proposed tax, which they hope will generate about 200-thousand dollars per year.

If it's approved, it could take effect July First.
