Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a 14 year old girl they say was abducted this afternoon in Virginia.
Police say the girl was taken by a Hispanic man in a light blue car with temporary Virginia tags.
Stafford investigators say the missing 14 year old is Hispanic with brown hair and eyes. She is five feet one and was last seen wearing a green blouse tan pants and white shoes.
Stafford is north of Fredericksburg, but police say the man may be headed to Texas with the girl.

A heartburn drug will now be easier to get. The F-D-A has approved an over the counter version of Prilosec (Pry-la-sec.).

The over the counter pill will be pink, not purple and it'll cost under one dollar a day.
Prilosec OTC is the only one approved to treat frequent heartburn- the kind that occurs two or more days a week.
Other non prescription remedies such as Pepcid, Zantac and Tagament are meant to treat occasional heartburn or to prevent meal induced heartburn.
The move is partly a bid to prop up Prilosec (Pry-la-sec) after a generic prescription version began selling several months ago.

And wind speeds of sixty miles an hour plus five years of drought are helping the flames jump fire lines.
The fire's cause is still being investigated.

The image of the locomotive is now being brought back in the form of a license plate.
To get the plate, The National RailwayHistorical Society had to get 350 applications in three years. N-R-H-S has received 439 applications and counting.
The Society says if you have already registered, you can expect a 1 to 2 month wait. People who have not registered for a plate yet can do so in September.
