The judge and jurors who will consider the sentence for Chante Mallard heard today from the son of the man who died in the windshield of her car.

Brandon Biggs testified today during the sentencing phase of Mallard's trial. 37 year old Gregory Biggs was homeless when Mallard hit him while coming home from a night of drinking and drugs at a local club. The jury took less than an hour to find Mallard guilty yesterday. She faces life in prison on the murder charge and up to ten years for tampering with evidence.
