Carlton Dotson Junior is charged with murdering Dennehy- after authorities say he made self incriminating statements when he talked with the FBI.
Meanwhile police in Texas have narrowed their search for Dennehy's body based on information they say they received from Dotson.
While the search goes on, Dotson remains in Maryland. His attorneys refused to waive the right to an extradition hearing which would have allowed for his immediate transfer to Texas.

The Eiffel Tower was built for the 1889 World fair to commemorate the centenary of the French Revolution.
The tower is more than 300 yards high and weighs more than 10-thousand tons.
