Officials expect hundreds of members of the Local 162 to vote on a new deal at a mass meeting set for this Saturday.
The major issues being negotiated include mandatory overtime as well as health care and pension caps.
Workers have held mass rallies like this one each week and say they're prepared to walk the picket line for as long as necessary.
ITT says the strike will not affect its customers and that it will not publicly discuss contract issues.

Gary Knight turned four acres of his young corn field to build a maze dedicated to David Letterman.
He uses the field to attract people to his farm.
A big storm last week almost put an end to the display when it flattened the corn, but it is expected to bounce back.
Knight's field was planted about six weeks ago, which is later than most corn.
But he wants his maze to peak in time to open for the Halloween season.
