A former pastor at Holy Cross in Lynchburg has been removed from the priesthood amid allegations of sexual misconduct.

Since then, four other alleged victims have come forward.

The convention is going on in Minneapolis- and leaders are expected to make a final vote on Monday.

The occupation in Iraq is hitting home for a family in Roanoke.
31 year old Kong Manivong e-mailed his family from Baghdad saying he had been shot.
The family is hoping to hear from him again soon to get word on how badly he is hurt.
Manivong is a member of the Special Forces.
He played football at Patrick Henry High School and after graduation enlisted in the military.
