Danny Rae Taylor has said he didn't mean to kill the woman. But the fact that he was IN the assisted living center when he shouldn't have been AND that he sexually assaulted Helen Cadd led to a plea agreement in the case. Taylor pled guilty yesterday to "felony murder" to avoid a possible death sentence.
