Government mediators called for the hiatus after the company presented new proposals about job security. The Communication Workers of America say that and benefits continue to be their main concerns. Local President Guy Angell (Angel) says since negotiations resumed at ten this morning, there's been "some movement" but that the two sides are nowhere close to reaching an agreement. Workers are prepared to walk off the job and strike at any moment. Verizon says, in that case, management would pick up the slack.

It's already impacting tens of thousands of home and business computers- causing them to re- start and launch an electronic attack against a Microsoft Web site.
Security experts say the infection, which exploits an unusually dangerous flaw in Windows software, isn't seriously disrupting Internet traffic, but it does pose that risk as it spreads.

SCOTT MALLWITZ) Now you get to pick between-- trainee agent, general agent and super agent depending on what your confidence is and your sophistication and-- and knowledge of the program-- MAUREN MAHER: Well, I'd like to consider myself a super agent but let's just go with training agent. General. SCOTT MALLWITZ: General agent, okay. MAUREN MAHER: General agent.
(B-ROLL EXHBITBIT INTO CROCK PROP DISSOLVE TO SCENE OF BOND IN ALLIGATOR HEAD FROM "OCTOPUSSY")
NARRATION: AFTER I SIGNED UP AS A GENERAL AGENT, SCOTT MALLWITZ, THE MUSEUM'S DIRECTOR OF EXPERIENCE DESIGN , GAVE ME A PERSONAL TOUR THROUGH 40 YEARS OF DOZENS OF COOL PROPS AND GADGETS USED BY DOUBLE O-7.
MAUREEN MAHER: -And this was-- this floated and he was actually in it? SCOTT MALLWITZ: (O/C dissolve to shot of Roger Moore from Film in crock sub) Yeah, this floated. He was in it. He was actually not laying down in it the way that it-- shown in the film. But his head was in this area. Through this lens you could see his eyes and his forehead. And he actually walked on the bottom of a pool as this was kind of suspended on his shoulders. NARRATION: JAMES BOND MAY HAVE LOOKED LIKE HE WAS FLYING BY THE SEAT OF HIS PANTS, BUT RARELY SEEN BEFORE- ORIGINAL STORYBOARDS FROM MANY OF THE FILMS- DETAIL HOW EVERY SUPER-STUNT AND EXPLOSIVE SCENE WAS CAREFULLY CHOREOGRAPHED.
- SCOTT MALLWITZ: (DISSOLVE INTO VIDEO OF MOVIE FROM "OCTOPUSSY")
(IN PROGRESS)-- missile comes into the building, the reaction--
(UNINTEL) reaction from the people who will be-- you know, the villains

there. Close up of the missile, the impact and then a long shot of the building blowing up. -So, this particular sequence involved a number of different people and a number of different sets.
NARRATION: CROWDS AT THE MUSEUM ARE CROSSING BOTH GENERATION AND GENDER LINES, BUT WHAT'S THE APPEAL OF JAMES BOND AFTER 4 DECADES?

MARC GREUTHER:- Curator of Industry, The Henry Ford Well, there's a sort of potent combination going on there. All of it's to do with exotic locations, and a lot of glamour. There's the cars. There's the danger. It's escapist, to a degree.
WOMAN COMMENT- - "I love the action..I kind of like that part of it"
NARRATION: EVEN WITH THE ACTION AND THE BEST GADGETS "Q" COULD EVER COME UP WITH - WE ALL KNOW A BOND MOVIE ISN'T COMPLETE WITHOUT THE CARS, THE VILLAIN - THE GIRLS.!!!! BOND'S MODIFIED ASTON MARTIN FROM THE LAST FLICK, ODDJOB'S DEADLY BOWLER AND SOLITAIRE'S CRIMSON DRESS- ARE ALL PART OF THE MASSIVE DISPLAY.
MAUREN MAHER: Okay, these are the original pieces? SCOTT MALLWITZ: Original costumes-- from the films-- including the shoes which I find really great. 'Cause sometimes they're custom made and sometimes they're bought off the shelf. I believe these boots were custom-- to match this dress.
MAUREN MAHER: What do you estimate the value of this collection to be? Or can you? SCOTT MALLWITZ: You can't estimate this value. It's all one of a kind. 01:08:36
STAND-UP- MAUREEN MAHER:- Like the character himself, the appeal of the Bond films seems ageless. This show has been sold out every weekend since it opened in June. The museum says the exhibit has given spies of all ages a license to thrill.
