Police say 55 year old Harold David Jennings was driving a delivery truck Northbound on Route 122 when 72 year old Harry Leigh Peters pulled out from Route 24, striking the truck. Jennings' truck then spun out of control, and flipped. Jennings was pronounced dead at the scene, and police say he was NOT wearing his seatbelt. Peters was not hurt.
