A judicial ethics panel tonight suspended him with pay for refusing to remove the Ten commandments monument at the state judiciary building.

Experts feared it could have deleted files, stolen passwords or created rogue servers for spreading spam.
But an internet expert says all it did was visit a pornography site.

Agents are also looking for this man who they say drove a dark pickup truck.
The victim was a young father paying for milk at a nighttime security window.
Police say a woman using the pay phone said she saw the truck at the store for at least twenty minutes before the killing. She heard the shot and then saw the truck speed away.
The truck was not captured on video- it was out of range, but several customers are on the tape. The FBI wants to talk to them.

In Philadelphia - the Eagles had all kinds of problems with the New England Patriots. Tom Brady to the air and the endzone to David Patton - the Pats would take a 10-to-nothing lead.
Brady and Patton were just getting warmed up as they connect on the other end of the field and it's 17-to-nothing game.
The Eagles would also suffer a key personnel setback as James Thrash, the former Redskin, is rocked on the this pas play.
He comes down right on the side of his head and neck and never
got up. He had to be carted off the field on a stretcher. X-rays were negative.
Philadelphia loses the game 24 to 12.

Ohio State star football player Maurice Clarett found out today that he will be suspended for "multiple" games this coming season.
The NCAA and the university have been investigating allegations about Clarett's academic performance and the player's acknowledged overstatement of the value of items stolen from a vehicle he had borrowed.

One of those cautions set up the move than won the race for Michael Waltrip.
After a restart watch the 99 car play the "bump and run" game with Ron Hornaday and go to the front.
Waltrip would win the Food City 250 with Hornaday second, Ted Musgrave third, Shane Hmiel fourth and Kevin Harvick 4th.

but height apparently doesn't bother this guy from China- he broke a record today for walking on the highest tightrope ever.
The rope is 662 meters above the ground-
Chinas "air prince" as he is called made it across walked across the rope with a crowd of 40 thousand looking on.
The walk took almost an hour- We call it walking but he did more than that- The act included a handstand, a footstand and so called sleeping on the rope stunt.
By the way, the bag over his shoulder carries a letter from his wife he believes brings his good fortune.
