A new tape capturing the World Trade Center attacks will air today. It's believed to be the only video showing both planes hitting the towers.

The new footage which comes on the eve of the second anniversary of the September 11th attacks will be shown for the first time this morning on ABC's This week.
A Czech immigrant construction worker recorded the video while riding with his brother and boss.
The footage shows a whitish object hitting the north tower, followed by spurting dust and a silvery expanding cloud. The tape then shows the S-U-V going through a tunnel and later capturing the north tower bursting into flames as the second plane smashes into the south tower.

A bicycle accident in Martinsville has a teenager undergoing treatment for head and chest injuries. Police say 13- year old Tremayne Terry was riding a bicycle on A Street yesterday, did not stop at an intersection, and was hit by a pickup truck Terry was transported to Memorial Hospital in Martinsville, and transferred to Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem. Right now, police are not releasing his condition.

Roanoke Police set up shop at Advance Auto on Orange Avenue yesterday to help get the city's Mopeds registered. Police estimate there are 500 to one- thousand mopeds in the city. By the first of October, owners must register their mopeds and purchase tags.
