Attorney General Jerry Kilgore will know that first hand.
He'll be there when the vice president arrives for the fundraiser at the Clearbrook home of Kent Greenawalt.
He is the president of Footlevelers, a Roanoke based company which makes custom orthoepdic shoe inserts.
Tonight's fundraiser costs a thousand dollars a plate and with nearly two hundred people expected to attend the event should raise more than two hundred thousand dollars.
The fundraiser is however closed to the public and news media.
Kilgore says he understands why.

A Giles County pastor accused of child molestation is now facing more charges.

Police arrested Roger Holcomb of the Pembroke Church of God last Wednesday on two counts of aggravated sexual battery, for allegedly molesting a seven-year-old girl.
Today, the Sheriff's office filed ELEVEN more charges against Holcomb.

Authorities say Holcomb abused four other juveniles ranging in ages from seven to 13.
All of the alleged victims attended his church.
Holcomb is being held without bond and is scheduled to be arraigned next week on all 13-charges.

The manager and owner of a pet store in Radford were both convicted today on animal neglect charges.

Owner, Alexander Nelson, was also convicted on five similar charges and possession of marijuana.

A majority of its union employees have approved a new contract with Goodyear.

A union spokesman says eight of 14 union locals have ratified the three year contract by large margins.
Having a majority of the 14 United Steelworkers locals approve the contract is one requirement for ratification. The other is a majority of the total votes cast.

Frank O'Bannon was found unconscious in his Chicago hotel room this morning. He was in town to attend a conference.
Doctors say he may have suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and the surgery he's undergoing is expected to last several hours.

Musician Warren Zevon (Zee-von) passed away yesterday after a year long battle with lung cancer.

The 56 year old musician died at his home in Los Angeles.
Zevon was best known for songs like "Werewolves of London," and "Excitable Boy."
Zevon was a lifelong smoker.
After being diagnosed with terminal cancer last year, he spent much of his time visiting with his grown children and working on a final album.
"The Wind" was released just two weeks ago to critical acclaim.

The SARS virus has apprently re-appeared Singapore.
Health officials say a man has tested positive for the deadly disease.
Singapore had not seen a case of the respiratory virus since early May.
It's been on alert for a second outbreak, after the disease killed 33 people earlier this year.
A senior official said in an interview just a few days ago that Singapore's health system is ``well-prepared'' in case of a second SARS wave.

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety did the testing for five mile an hour impact crashes.
The 2004 Toyota Sienna minivan and 2003 Saab 9-3 received marginal ratings...
while the 2003 Infiniti G-35, the luxury 2003 Mercedes E Class and the 2004 Nissan Quest minivan got poor grades.
The highest damage was to the Infniti with a 14 hundred dollar repair bill.
