He says that if the tolls needed to finance the project are too high, companies will leave the area and take jobs with them.

Last March, the band paid 23-thousand dollars to a Richmond travel company called Complete Custom Itinerary Service.
The trip was canceled because of the war in Iraq, and the company refused to refund the money.
The terms of the settlement are confidential but the group's attorney, John Edwards, says his clients are pleased.

The school received 3-point-2 million dollars from the Department of Education to expand from two classrooms to a full high school.
