Good Evening. I'm Jean Jadhon.
It is the calm before the storm- as Hurricane Isabel moves closer to shore.
Isabel has weakened somewhat in the past 24 hours and is now a Category Two storm, but it still has winds of 105 miles an hour and has the potential for damaging winds and tornados- and to cause significant coastal and inland flooding.
