James Aistrop's home backs up to the creek bed.
But this is the first time in 30 years, he says, water has gotten into the basement... came right up through the concrete floor.
He can replace the rugs, but he's worried about Sadie. She hasn't eaten since Wednesday, and he can't get across the raging water to feed her.
Aistrop just recently built a bridge to get his lawn mower over to the dog houses.

The call came into the crew hall as a "cow fire." There wasn't must the rescue squad could do.
In downtown Waynesboro, parts of the city are still without electricity.
City police were kept busy directing traffic by hand at some intersections.
The storm-swollen South River overflowed onto Main Street overnight, creating some anxious moments for business owners, while producing a water park for kids who got a day off from school out of the storm.))
