The wreck happened around 2 o'clock this morning near Cornwall. Norfolk Southern officials say 16 cars jumped the tracks, and two overturned destroying a road overpass. The train had left Roanoke and was headed to Allentown, Pennsylvania. Traffic on that line has been diverted. The wreckage is expected to be cleaned up by sometime tomorrow morning. Emergency workers in Rockbridge County say no hazardous materials leaked from the train.
