The investigation again targeted the community of Sandy Level, which drew national attention for its drug problems several years ago.

The team opened practice yesterday and this afternoon the Express announced that four key players have formally agreed to return to the team this season.
Rick Kowalsky, Duncan Dalmao, Dan Carlson and Tim O'Connell have officially signed contracts for the upcoming season.
Kowalsky, who is now 31, has 165 points in his first two seasons in Roanoke.
