A federal judge in Deleware said the sale of Pillowtex's brands, plants and equipment to G-G-S-T can proceed.
GGST has said that it plans to sell Pillowtex's assets rather than operate them.

Investigators in the Short family murders say they exhumed Jennifer Short's remains and reburied them more than a week ago.
They say they needed to conduct further forensic analysis on the remain -- but won't say why.
They got a court order to dig them up September 30th.
Investigators took Jennifer's remains to the crime lab in Roanoke and returned them to the family's burial plot the following day.
Short family relatives gave their consent to have them exhumed.
Investigators say it was a necessary step in their ongoing investigation, but wouldn't elaborate.

Tonight the planning commission voted to revise the town's comprehensive plan to include a centralized sewer system.

A Martsinville man faces new charges for the same crime.

19 year old Billy Ray Manns was charged with conspiracy to commit capital murder in connection with the shooting death of Lisa Nicole Thomas in September of 2000.
His first trial ended in a hung jury.
Another jury found Manns NOT GUILTY at the retrial in April.
Now seven months later, a grand jury has indicted Manns with conspiracy to commit murder which could result in a prison term of five to twenty years.
Investigators obtained new information in July when Manns was arrested for breaking and entering in a separate incident in Henry County.

The women will begin Big South competition in 2004.
With 12 of the 16 players new to the school, they have their work cut out for them.
