A Henry County man is facing more charges for the same "murder for hire" scheme he was acquitted for earlier this year.

Billy Ray Manns was charged with conspiracy to commit capital murder in connection with the shooting death of Lisa Nicole Thomas in September of 2000.
His first trial ended in a hung jury.
Another jury found Manns NOT GUILTY at the retrial in April.
Then in July, Manns was charged with breaking and entering in a separate incident in Bassett.
During that investigation, Henry County deputies obtained new information regarding the Thomas case, and now a grand jury has indicted Manns for conspiracy to commit murder.

If convicted, Manns faces five to twenty years in prison.
During the trial, Commonwealth's Attorney Joan Ziglar accused Thomas' husband of hiring Manns to kill his wife.

The latest book to delve into the Kennedy dynasty is in bookstores now.
It's called "The Kennedys: America's Emerald Kings" and it offers insight to the royal family before and after John F. Kennedy's assassination.

Among the book's revelations-- that Jackie Kennedy had considered suicide after her husband's death.
Father Richard McSorley, a Georgetown priest, counseled Jackie after the assassination.
