All the charges against Katy O'Gee (KAY-tee OH-gee) were dropped.
The government rested its case this morning, and the lawyers spent the rest of the day arguing motions to strike the evidence.
Judge Sam Wilson dismissed all 15 counts against O'Gee on a judgment of acquittal in her case.
He also dismissed three of the fraud counts against Doctor Knox and his office manager.

Judge Wilson reserved the option to make additional rulings in the case tomorrow morning ...before the defense begins putting on evidence.

The United States Navy's Fighter Squadron thirty two from the Naval Air Station in Oceana will conduct a fly over in F-14 Tomcats just before the start of this Saturday's Tech-Syracuse game.
The F-14s racked up over 12 hundred hours of combat sorties during operation Iraqi Freedom.
One of the crew members will be 1999 Tech graduate Jennifer Daniel a former member of the Highty Tighties and at one time the 3rd Battalion Commander in the Corps.
