More than a hundred residents turned out last night for a community meeting at Mountain View Elementary.
State, federal, and county officials were on hand to field questions on the recovery process.
Victims say it's been a difficult one even a month after the storm struck.

Some small business owners in Montgomery County say they've been overlooked, because the county spends too much time trying to please big-business owners.

[SUPER=04-File Tape;]

Last week, the county approved lowering its merchants tax by a fourth, in an effort to keep area car dealers, who say the tax is too high, from moving their vehicles out of the county during tax assessments. However, many weren't pleased. They wanted the tax cut in half. But, in addtion to lowering the tax, the county said it would also make assessments twice a year, instead of once, which is now upsetting some small business owners.
