The wildfire has already blackened over 4 thousand acres and dry windy conditions are not helping.
People have been forced out of their homes, some freeways are shut down and this fire shows no signs of letting up.
It is all going on near the suburbs east of Los Angeles- we're told now four homes have been hit by fire.
Tonight fire officials say they think someone set this blaze.

A pile of pizza boxes and term papers were ignited with a single match and within three minutes the smoke alone was enough to kill anyone inside.

The jury fore-person was ill and that delayed deliberations.
Though there are three alternates standing by, the judge decided not to substitute one of them for the sick juror.
If he had, the jury would have had to begin its deliberations all over again... with the new member.

A mother, father and their youngest child, a five year old are all dead- Two other family members were injured in the accident.

An Iraqi police officer says the tank ploughed into the car on the opposite side of the road after a rocket launcher was fired at another U-S army tank.

One way to reduce your child risk of cavity is to first limit the amount of candy they eat at one time, consider sugar free treats, make sure they brush and floss right after eating the candy, or if a toothbrush is not available rinse with water.
Most kids keep their baby teeth from about five to 12 years old --and Dr. Levicki says it's important not to lose them.
