The jury in the Cecil Knox case told the judge today that they're having trouble reaching a decision.
The forewoman said they have a verdict on the drug and drug conspiracy counts.
But they are hung on the racketeering and fraud counts.
U.S. District Court Judge Sam Wilson repeated their instructions and told them to keep at it.

An explosion at a Indiana factory has injured four workers.

One of the injured workers has third and fourth debree burns.
Firefighters used cherry pickers to fight the flames as they shot into the sky. The smoke and balls of fire were visible for at least a mile from the factory.

Rescuers are searching at the scene of a collapsed parking garage in New Jersey.

A five story section of the garage collapsed killing at least four people and injuring at least 20 others.
At least one other person is still missing.
The garage section that collapsed was under construction.
It is part of the new 245 million dollar expansion at the Tropicana Casino and resort.
Hundreds of workers were on the site at the time.
The collapse left five layers of concrete and steel sloping downward.
New Jersey's governor says teams are going in to to try and find the missing.

Virginians who try to get their driver's licenses for the first time next year will have to provide
documents to prove they're in the state legally.
Changes in state law following the 9- 11 terror attacks will make first-time applicants produce proof of residence and their social security number.
Several of the alleged highjackers in the plot to crash planes into the Pentagon and World Trade Center had Virginia driver's licenses.
The D-M-V is adding about 26 additional workers to help process driver's license applications.

Hurricane Isabel's short visit to Virginia is turning out to be one of the state's most expensive disasters.

But the final tally is expected to be higher.
Officials are still awaiting reports from about ten percent of the affected localities.
The estimate includes damage to private and public property, including military installations.
