The forewoman said they have a verdict on the drug and drug conspiracy counts.
But they are hung on the racketeering and fraud counts.
U.S. District Court Judge Sam Wilson repeated their instructions and told them to keep at it.

The garage section that collapsed was under construction.
It is part of the new 245 million dollar expansion at the Tropicana Casino and resort.
Hundreds of workers were on the site at the time.
The collapse left five layers of concrete and steel sloping downward.
New Jersey's governor says teams are going in to to try and find the missing.

Virginians who try to get their driver's licenses for the first time next year will have to provide
documents to prove they're in the state legally.
Changes in state law following the 9- 11 terror attacks will make first-time applicants produce proof of residence and their social security number.
Several of the alleged highjackers in the plot to crash planes into the Pentagon and World Trade Center had Virginia driver's licenses.
The D-M-V is adding about 26 additional workers to help process driver's license applications.
