The SCLC is prepared to photograph those who seek treatment at the clinic to determine whether or not they have a criminal record and then post their pictures and records on a website. But Artis hopes it will never come to that. In about a week the SCLC plans to approach Roanoke City Council with a plan that they hope will correct the situation.

At least 37 troops have been killed in Iraq since the start of the month. There was more violence in the capital city today as bomb and mortar attacks continue to kill troops and civilians.

In Baghdad, a U-S soldier was killed and another wounded when a roadside bomb exploded. He is the 150th dead since President Bush declared major combat had ended. Also, an explosion in Baghdad's busiest commercial area killed at least one person. Several blasts ripped through the night as terrorists reigned mortar fire on the headquarters of the U-S occupation. No one was reported injured.
