The SCLC is prepared to photograph those who seek treatment at the clinic to determine whether or not they have a criminal record and then post their pictures and records on a website. But Artis hopes it will never come to that. In about a week the SCLC plans to approach Roanoke City Council with a plan that they hope will correct the situation.

In Baghdad, a U-S soldier was killed and another wounded when a roadside bomb exploded. He is the 150th dead since President Bush declared major combat had ended.
