The city of Martinsville goes a step further and allows citizen's to shoot deer with a bow and arrow within city limits after obtaining a special permit. [BACK TO VIDEO]
No matter what method is used, they all have something in common, there have been no incidents or problems.

New jobs and a whole lot of money are headed to one of Altavista's long-time corporate citizens.

Schrader-Bridgeport announced last summer it would spend five million dollars expanding its Altavista plant and adding 50 new jobs.
Today, the town, Campbell County and the state kicked in some cash to make that possible.

Schrader-Bridgeport makes valves for the automotive industry.. it currently employs about 280 people.

The women's pro soccer league folded earlier this year leaving hundreds of aspiring young girls with nowhere to pursue their dreams. Today, one young boy decided not to take any chances on getting his dreams shattered. 14 year old world soccer prodigy Freddy Adu signed a multi-year deal with the MLS.

The sapphire will be auctioned off along with the world's largest oval-cut diamond which weighs 64 carats.
