Dozens of Radford University students are saying the school did NOT do enough to warn them about flooding.

Authorities are still tallying the final numbers, but believe nearly 70 cars were flooded in a university parking lot near the Dedmon Center. School officials say they tried to contact all affected students after A-E-P told them about a water release from Claytor Lake that made the river rise several feet in just an hour and a half.

One school system is altering its schedule tomorrow. Schools in Greenbrier County, West Virginia are closing tomorrow due to the flooding.

Parents of some Campbell County students who were threatened with a knife are angry school officials never told them about it.
And one local legislator says a loophole in the state law must be fixed.

It happened at Brookville Middle School, where an 8th grade student allegedly threatened four other children with a knife on separate occasions.
The student was disciplined, but parents of the children involved can't believe they were never told about the problem.
