The two dozen soldiers of the 54th Quartermaster Mortuary unit have spent last eight months in Iraq.

Today, the Nikki Giovanni Poetry Collection was named one of five finalists for the Best Spoken Word Album.

The Virginia Tech men's basketball team lost to Old Dominion tonight at the Cassell 94-to-92 in overtime.
Bryant Matthews led the way for Tech with a career high 37 points.
Tech is at Ohio State on Saturday.

She entered it for auction at a Festival sponsored by the Primary Children's Medical Center.
