G-C-S has already hired 40-people and interviewed more than 100. Company officials say they chose Pulaski over four other states because of the eager workforce.

That is what historic preservationists are trying to find out so they can restore the building to its original appearance.

But this is the first attempt at restoring the Capitol to its period of architectural significance.
Experts are studying historic photographs and analyzing paint layers.

Residents there woke up to an inch or two of the white stuff on cars and roads. Some made snow angels -- and even snowmen -- in their yards.
Only flurries have been reported downtown and on the Strip.
Authorities are reporting lots of fender-benders. Snow is rare in Vegas -- but not unheard of.
The National Weather Service says the last time two-to-three inches fell in parts of the city was five years ago.

One of television's best loved neighbors has died.

Viewers never really got a good look at Earl Hindman (HYND'-man) on "Home Improvement." His character Wilson was best known for dishing out wisdom to Tim Taylor.
His wife says the 61 year old actor died of lung cancer at a hospital in Connecticut.
Before appearing on the show, Hindman played Detective Bob Reid for 16 years on ``Ryan's Hope.'' His wife says Hindman was the funniest man she ever knew.

In Buffalo, people are trying to eat as much as they can.
Competitive eaters descended on Buffalo to see who could eat as many of the cakes as possible in a 12 minute span.
The contest also raises money for the Western New York food bank.
The winner proves size doesn't matter when it comes to eating fruitcake- A 105 pound woman from Virginia beat out a 405 pound man from New York- by eating almost five pounds of fruitcake.
36 year old Sonya Thomas from Alexandria also happens to be the current champ for eating hard boiled eggs.
