He and his mother lived in separate homes on the same property.
He says he found the body of his mother- 77-year old Teresa Rogers- Monday morning. The Search Warrant Affidavit points to "inconsistent statements" Rogers made to police. For example, he said he did not have a key to his mother's home, while other sources indicate he did.

The Search Warrant Affidavit filed today says Christopher Rogers found his mother lying face down. An autopsy indicated she could not have been in that position.
Though the warrant refers to a "suspect" in the investigation, no charges have been filed against Christopher Rogers or anyone else in this case.
