53 year old Thomas Wayne Saunders died last night.
His roomate, 64 year old James Harless Stump, was already charged in connection with the shooting. Prosecutors are now deciding if he'll face more serious charges.

(( Detectives and evidence technicians swarmed over Christopher Rogers' home yesterday looking for evidence. The search included the 56-year old part-time school teacher himself.
It was prompted by what city police say were Rogers' "inconsistent statements."
The Search Warrant Affidavit filed today says Christopher Rogers found his mother lying face down. An autopsy indicated Teresa Rogers could not have been in that position.
There were no signs of forced entry. Though Christopher said he didn't have a key to his mother's home, others say he did.
Christopher said he hadn't seen her in nine days. Family members told police Christopher was nonetheless reluctant to check on her. He said he found her body Monday morning.
It was in an area where animal feed was kept. Teresa and Christopher Rogers were the only ones who fed the dogs and horses.))
