Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick is being investigated tonight by police.
So far, no charges have been filed.

But according to a search warrant filed this morning at the Montgomery County Courthouse, police searched his Blacksburg apartment around 4 a.m.
According to the warrant, the search involves allegations of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Police were searching for a bacardi rum bottle, a digital camera, pictures of juveniles engaging in the consumption of alcohol, condoms and sheets and bed clothes from Marcus Vick's room.

Commonwealth Attorney Joey Showalter say this is an ongoing investigation, there have been NO charges issued and he cannot comment as of now. We have attempted to reach Marcus Vick this afternoon but have not been successful. Virginia Tech has not responded to our requests for comment.

A Pulaski school bus driver is charged after police say she pulled out in front of a car this morning. The accident happened around 10:15 this morning at the intersection of Moorehead Lane and Route 11, just inside the town of Pulaski.

Police say 47- year old Elizabeth Cardoza was trying to cross two lanes of traffic when she pulled out in front of 51 year old Henry Altizer's car.
Altizer slammed into the side of the bus. Two kids in the car were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
None of the seven children on the bus was injured.
Police are charging Cardoza with failure to yield the right of way.

A Buchanan man was seriosuly injured today in a quarry accident.
21-year-old Christian King's right leg crushed when it was caught between a rail car and an industrial loader at the Global Stone quarry .
Botetourt County Sheriff Ronnie Sprinkle said King was trying to set the brakes on the car when it rolled back and pinned him against the loader.
King was taken by helicopter to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

A Lynchburg judge has upheld a death sentence for one of two men convicted in a double murder nearly two years ago.

Anthony and Rhonda Robinson were shot to death in their Sussex Street home while their two young daughters were in the house.
Last June, a jury recommended the death penalty for Leon Jermain Winston.
Today, a judge upheld that sentence, to the relief of the Robinsons' family and friends.

Seven U-S soldiers are dead after an explosion in Afghanistan. The military says the G-I's were killed while working around a weapons cache near the city of Ghazni (GAHZ-NEE) when the stockpile exploded. Three soldiers and an Afghan interpreter were wounded. One soldier is still missing. The U-S death toll in Afghanistan reached 100 earlier this month.

This was the day..that Martha Stewart was to face the prosecution's star witness Douglas Faneuil. But his testimony has been postponed...afer defense attorney's accused prosecutors of withholding information about the stock sale at the heart of the case. 28 year old Fanueil is the former assistant to Stewart's stockbroker and co-defendant, Peter Baconovic. NANCY GRACE/FORMER PROSECUTOR (COURT TV.) He's the lynch pin of the State's case. Faneuil say Stewart cooked up a story about her well time stock sale. It appears that defense lawyers received word just last night that potentially new evidence ....raises questions as to just how involved Baconovic was in the suspicous stock trade.
Faneuil was expected to testify that Stewart sold nearly 4-thousand shares of Imclone stock after receiving illegal insider information... In fact, Faneuil claims Baconovic ordered him to call Stewart and tell her ImClone founder, Sam Waksal was dumping his shares. But the baby-faced Faneuil isn't without his own blemishes. GRACE: This assistant has changed his story three times. SHARON ALFONSI/CBS NEWS: Stewarts attorneys say Faneuil is an admitted liar. That after he was caught accepting illegal gifts to keep quiet about Stewart...he cut a deal with prosecutors to save his own skin. Grace: He has already entered a guilty plea on a misdemeanor--the max he could serve his one year. Stewart has more on the line - but today seem'd quietly confident. Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick is under investigation by the Blacksburg police Department. The 19 year old Newport News native has NOT been charged with anything at this time, but Montgomery County Commonwealth's attorney, Joey Showalter, confirms that a search warrant for Vick's Blacksburg apartment was issued this morning at 3:30am and executed at 4am. News 7 has obtained a copy of warrant. It says that police were looking for a rum bottle, a vodka bottle, bed sheets, condoms and a digital camera.

The search warrant also indicates that three underage teenage girls ages - two aged 15 and one aged 14 consumed alcohol while in his apartment. One of the 15 year old girls said she had sex with Vick in his bedroom.
