Virginia State Police are looking into what caused an accident in Giles County that sent one woman to the hospital.
Police say Deborah L. Weeks of Princeton, West Virginia was driving West on Route 460 when she ran off the road and hit a rock wall around 9 o'clock.
She was flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital with unspecified injuries.
Police say they believe that Weeks WAS wearing her seatbelt, and are investigating whether alcohol was involved.

Police responded to a call in the 500 block of Mountain Avenue, Tuesday night just after ten o-clock.
23-year-old Abdishakur (ab-DIH-shuh-koor) Hassan of Roanoke is charged with malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
But Mumford's family says it wants the charges to be changed to murder.

Plans to refurbish a Grayson County school are moving ahead.

Plans to renovate Fries (freeze) Middle School finally went out to bid this month.
The school was shutdown last summer because of a mold problem forcing students to share space at two other schools.
The cost for the project is estimated at 750-thousand dollars.
School officials say if bids come-in over a quarter million dollars, the plans will have to go back to the drawing board.

Kerry Kothbauer's (KOTH-Bower) son, Josh, was diagnosed with acute leukemia in December.
So far he's received ten units of blood along with platelets.
Yesterday a blood drive was held in his honor.
Virginia Blood Services report blood supplies in Central Virginia are dangerously low.
There's currently less than a one-day-supply of blood, and platelets are at risk of being depleted.
Officials say winter weather has kept donors away and encourage anyone who's able to donate.
