Plans to renovate Fries (freeze) Middle School finally went out to bid this month.
The school was shutdown last summer because of a mold problem forcing students to share space at two other schools.
The cost for the project is estimated at 750-thousand dollars.
School officials say if bids come-in over a quarter million dollars, the plans will have to go back to the drawing board.

Virginia Blood Services report blood supplies in Central Virginia are dangerously low. There's currently less than a one-day-supply of blood, and platelets are at risk of being depleted. Officials say winter weather has kept donors away and encourage anyone who's able to donate.
