Icy conditions have Craig County election officials have changing the location of one voting precinct. It's the McGuire's Store precinct, and normally, voters would go to Kessinger's Garage to cast ballots.
But today, they should go instead to the Sinking Creek Store, located west of New Castle on route 42.
