Authorities searched the apartment 3 weeks ago and confiscated things like bed sheets, condom wrappers, and a digital camera, along with the Virginia Driver's License of his older brother, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick.
If convicted of the charges all three men could get up to a year in jail and or be fined up to 25-hundred dollars for each count.
