Marcus Vick and two other Virginia Tech football players are facing criminal charges. 19 year old Vick faces 4 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Mike Imoh and former high school teammate Brenden Hill all face the same charge.
The charges stem from allegations made by two teenage girls and a search of the men's apartment 3-weeks ago.

Blacksburg police aren't talking.
But according to a search warrant affidavit, two teenage girls told police Marcus Vick had sex with a 15 year old girl during a private gathering at his Blacksburg apartment. The girls also told investigators Vick, Tech running back Mike Imoh and wide receiver Brenden Hill gave the girls alcohol and that Imoh and Hill took pictures of them as they stripped. Authorities searched the apartment 3 weeks ago and confiscated things like bed sheets, condom wrappers, and a digital camera, along with the Virginia Driver's License of his older brother, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick. If convicted of the charges all three men could get up to a year in jail and or be fined up to 25-hundred dollars for each count.
All 3 have retained lawyers.
A Virginia Tech spokesperson issued a statement saying, "The University has been apprised of the situation and considers it a serious issue."

News 7 tried, but was unable to reach Vick, Hill or Imoh for comment.
They turned themselves in to police yesterday afternoon without incident and were released on bond.
Under university policy the school's Athletic Director must review the case and decide if any action should be taken against the athletes.
Sanctions could range from suspension for a given time to dismissal from the team.

The University itself could also decide to put the case under review for disciplinary action. [7-11C'Burg-Scam]
