The seal was first spotted stranded on a barge at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia Friday morning. This morning animal rescue workers captured the seal and drove it to a private beach on the New Jersey shore to release it back into the ocean. Experts believe the seal got lost and somehow made its way onto a barge in the Delaware River. Harp seals travel up an(------------) d down the North Atlantic coast from Canada all the way down to North Carolina.
