An accident is causing traffic backups on Orange Avenue in Roanoke.
Police say a bucket truck overturned in the westbound lane near 13th Street.
Traffic on that side of Orange Avenue is down to one lane.
Eastbound traffic is also moving slowly.
Police would like motorists to avoid the area until they clear the wreck.

This was the scene last night after a one-thousand gallon tank started leaking ammonia.
Blacksburg's entire industrial park and transit system was shutdown as police, fire and a Giles County Hazmat team worked to stop the leak.
It took nearly six and a half hours for crews to patch the tank and put the remaining ammonia into another tanker.

One person was taken to the hospital for exposure to the ammonia, no word on their condition.
Tonight at 6:00 we'll take a closer look at how Blacksburg officials handled the emergency.

((Pkge; Locator:(Peterson Jury Selection/Redwood City, California) Deciding who should sit on Scott Peterson's jury, is part profiling, a little bit of analysis, and when it comes right down to it -- gut feeling.

(nats arrivals)

For the next few weeks, hundreds of jurors will be arriving at this courthouse in Redwood City, 20 miles outside San Francisco. Inside, theyll face a battery of questions from both prosecutors and Petersons defense team, including: Have you ever had an affair? Do you read Field & Stream magazine? And what kind of bumper stickers do you have on your car?

(nats)

Since the case is built on circumstantial evidence, prosecutors will be looking for jurors who think emotionally. While the DA would like to have young parents or teachers, the defense will favor men.

SOT - Daniel Horowitz/Legal Analyst

"If I'm Mark Geragos, I select jurors who drink - hang out with the guys...yah, joe may have an affair, I don't...but that doesn't mean he killed his wife."
Once the jury is seated, theyll hear wire tapped phone calls intercepted to Petersons first attorney and details gathered by scent-sniffing dogs. Peterson says he was fishing alone on Christmas Eve 2002. He says his wife stayed home that morning, before she vanished later in the day. Prosecutors say police dogs picked up Lacis scent in several places after she disappeared, including the Berkeley Marina where Peterson launched his boat. But some legal experts say that since they lived together, that scent could have come from her husbands clothing.

(Chris Lawrence/CBS News)

This trial may last more than six months - and that affects who can sit on the jury. Expect to see a lot of retirees, government workers and people who work for big companies, that pay for jury duty. Chris Lawrence, CBS News, Redwood City. ))

Once all of them are back in place, they'll be provided with a laptop computer, so they can re- play some of the testimony Stewart's stockbroker and co- defendant gave to the S-E-C two years ago.
That, after the jury asked to take another look at some evidence.
Stewart is accused of lying about her sale of Imclone stock.
If she's convicted on all counts, Stewart faces up to 20 years behind bars.

It features hands gripped in friendship below a crossed tomahawk and peace pipe.
