Hospital and State health officials say eight babies in the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit have tested positive for a certain staph infection, which can NOT be treated with antibiotics.
Officials say they're not sure how the infants got the infection, but they have been isolated from the ward and are being treated with alternative drugs.
Officials say staph infections are NOT uncommon in hospitals and just because the bacterium is found on babies, doesn't mean they're sick.
