The search resumes in Patrick County this morning for a missing 14 year old girl.
Brittany Bibee went missing from the Charity Community around 5:30 yesterday evening.
She was last seen on route 40 headed west wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and a yellow shirt.

Two men face charges in connection with a pair of convenience store robberies.
Authorities say a masked man robbed the Cargo Convenience Store in Tazewell shortly before eleven Saturday night.
A few minutes later, deputies say they pulled over a car that was driving erratically.

23 year old Dwight David Newberry of Raven was driving the car. Deputies arrested Newberry, and found items connected with the robbery in the car.

Deputies say 23-year-old Kevin Ray Brown fled the scene on foot, and was captured hours later after a search that included a bloodhound and a helicopter.

Both have been charged with robbery and grand larceny.

Yesterday, the congregation observed Palm Sunday in the shadow of a recent confession made by one of the church's retired pastors.

A federal jury in Abingdon will hear closing arguments today in the capital murder trial of a former Pocahontas mayor.
73-year-old Charles Wesley Gilmore is charged in the 1989 shooting deaths of his former associate, and the man's wife and teenage son.
Prosecutors say Gilmore ordered two men to kill the family to stifle an investigation into his drug-smuggling operation.
One of the men was sentenced to life in prison.
The other is now on trial.

Part of the ceiling fell on three firefighters inside, but they were not injured.
