Two people filed suit today in Montgomery County Circuit Court against the town of Blacksburg.
The residents are challenging the legality of a more than 7 and a half million dollar bond that will help pay for a 12 mile sewer line through Toms Creek.

Town Council approved a 7.6 million dollar bond on March 9th to pay for construction and design of the conventional, gravity fed sewer. [INSERT GRAPHIC]
A spokesperson for the plaintiff's says, quote, "The improper passage of the Bond for a project citizens do not want and is not the right solution to the Town's needs is bad enough, but the manner in which the Town Council majority has abused and ignored the requirements of the Town Charter is even worse." Formerly conjoined twins from Egypt have been released from a Texas hospital, nearly six months after they were separated during a marathon 34 -hour surgery.

North Texas Hospital for Children released this video and issued a statement yesterday. It says Mohamed and Ahmed Ibrahim have been staying with their parents nearby since March 24th. A California boy trying to retrieve a soccer ball from a chimney ended up stuck for more than seven hours.

A passerby heard his yells for help just before dawn today and called for assistance.
Police say the boy was playing soccer in a neighborhood park last night when his ball bounced onto the roof of a park meeting room. He climbed into the chimney and ended up getting stuck there. Someone heard his calls around 4-30 this morning, and that's when firefighters came to the rescue. The boy does not appear to have any major injuries.
