The Lynchburg Wal-Mart is working to help local non- profits that have lost city funding.

A U-S Military spokesman says two Marines have been killed and six wounded in suicide car bombing in Fallujah.
That as U-S officials say the military is in a ``step-by-step effort'' to train an Iraqi force to take over patrolling the volatile city.

A flight today marks a milestone in the history of North and South Korea--

The aircraft delivered nearly a half- million dollars worth of first- aid kits, blankets, and other aid to victims of last week's deadly train blast in the North that killed more than 160 people.

in building materials, food and other goods South Korea plans to start

Roanoke County's plans to develop Explore Park has concerned some neighbors of the project.
