Virginia veterans will soon have access to more outpatient services.
The Department of Veterans Affairs announced plans today for 13 new outpatient clinics in the state, including facilities in Radford, Lynchburg and Staunton.
Medical Centers in both Richmond and Hampton will also undergo an expansion and renovations.
This is all part of the V-A's plan to modernize and improve its healthcare facilities nationwide.

Clarence Foley was today found guilty in general district court of performing cesarean sections on two dogs without anesthesia.

The 61-year old took responsibility for just one of the operations, saying it was an emergency and that icy weather kept him from seeking medical help for Buffy the poodle.
