Virginia veterans will soon have access to more outpatient services.
The Department of Veterans Affairs announced plans today for 13 new outpatient clinics in the state, including facilities in Radford, Lynchburg and Staunton.
Medical Centers in both Richmond and Hampton will also undergo an expansion and renovations.
This is all part of the V-A's plan to modernize and improve its healthcare facilities nationwide.

Clarence Foley was today found guilty in general district court of performing cesarean sections on two dogs without anesthesia.

The Commonwealth's Attorney didn't want to say much about the homicide investigation. Christopher Rogers entered a plea of "no contest" today to cocaine possession. The 56-year old part-time school teacher will likely qualify for a drug treatment program rather than spend any time in jail on the drug conviction.
