Members of a Grayson County jury just got the case a few minutes ago, but they won't be considering the charge of murder that followed the disappearance of 5-year old Logan Bowman.
Today a judge threw out two of the three charges against Dennis Schermerhorn.

This weekend, the nation will dedicate its World War Two memorial.
And thousands of veterans and their families are traveling to Washington to be a part of the festivities.

Center offers rent-free space to other non-profits like the Science Museum of Western Virginia, the Art Museum, History Museum and Mill Mountain Theatre.

President Jim Sears says the situation is extreme.
