Members of a Grayson County jury just got the case a few minutes ago, but they won't be considering the charge of murder that followed the disappearance of 5-year old Logan Bowman.
Today a judge threw out two of the three charges against Dennis Schermerhorn.

And thousands of veterans and their families are traveling to Washington to be a part of the festivities.
