Kahn Development withdrew its amended petition at last night's Planning Commission Meeting.
Kahn wants to build a upscale shopping center at the corner of Route 419 and Keagy Road near Allstate Insurance.
After concerns by nearby residents, the developer tried to negotiate a land swap that would have moved the project away from Keagy Road.
