Holcomb WAS to be shown pornographic images while hooked up to a machine that measures his arousal. The judge also ruled Holcomb's attorney must be present for a lie detector test, but the results of that test can not be used in determining Holcomb's sentence. The jury recommended a 10 and a half year sentence. Holcomb won't be formally sentenced until sometime later this summer.
