Two people were killed yesterday when a small plane crashed in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
Officials say the plane took off from Summersville Airport around 8:15 yesterday morning en route to Lewisburg.
When it did not arrive on time, the Lewisburg Airport contacted State Police.
The identites of the victims have not been released.

The Stephanie Bennett Golf Tournament is named for the victim of a brutal murder that occurred two years ago in Raleigh. Bennett's family began the tournament in order to raise money for the scholarship they named in her honor.

The Mutual Admiration Society will play on August 17th, featuring the band Nickel Creek, Glen Phillips- the former frontman of Toad the Wet Sprocket, Pete Thomas- the drummer for Elvis Costello, and John Paul Jones- the bassist for Led Zeppelin. The concert was booked just last week, and theater officials say they are ecstatic about the high-calibre show.
